Jen Lindahl’s appreciation for collaborative partnership is what drew her to join the Echo Search Group team. She is first and foremost a connector, a common thread that runs through her diverse career as does her ability to quickly and authentically build rapport and trusting relationships that stand the test of time. As Client Solutions Director and co-lead of Echo Search Group’s Human Resources division, Jen is a steadfast partner for both clients and candidates, connecting the best people with the best opportunities, companies and cultures.

Jen has a deep understanding of the many facets of Human Resources and the impact the role has across an organization. Her wide range of experience has included the restructuring of internal teams; managing, recruiting and hiring; establishing and implementing onboarding programs; developing marketing strategies; defining, documenting and implementing internal processes; and business development. Jen is a strategic thinker with the ability to focus on a client’s immediate needs while also anticipating future needs to help them scale their people resources for change and growth. She never loses sight of the relationship, offering her clients honesty, transparency and open communication.

Jen began her career in the golf industry, working for Callaway Golf in San Diego. Golf is a sport she grew up playing, and she still loves to play it today with her family, whether here in Minnesota or on her many travels.
