Nate Exsted, Executive Recruiter | Partner

Nate is a bit of a riddle, wrapped in a question mark, and surrounded by a conundrum! He holds true to a small-town work ethic unparalleled by most, but grew up in the big city. Growing up the only male in a female household, he enjoyed playing basketball and football but often found himself watching Hope Floats or listening to TLC on Friday nights. Nate enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching the Duke Blue Devils and Carolina Hurricanes.

To the Echo Team, Nate brings a career foundation from public accounting and nearly fifteen years of progressive experience in professional recruiting. He is seen as a leader who people are drawn to naturally, and has led teams within finance and accounting recruiting for two Twin Cities search firms prior to co-founding Echo Search Group.

Nate’s charismatic personality and genuineness help make him successful within professional recruiting. His ability to understand difficult concepts and “connect the dots” sets him apart within the industry. But it is his hustle and willingness to do what others will not that are his best attributes.

At Echo Search Group, Nate performs as an Executive Recruiter and the firm Managing Partner. He works hard to lead by example and lives life with an others-first approach. His curiosity and ability to get things done are appreciated assets to Echo.
