Sarah is a highly effective Project Administrator, with both a quick comprehension and an ability to anticipate what you need next. In her role with Echo Search Group, Sarah keeps the project team organized, in the know, and on point with processes and candidate connections as well as client communications and reporting. She works closely with Echo’s clients to establish means and methods for efficient candidate engagement, qualification, interview, and ultimately, offer and hire. Her goal is to ensure the experience for both client and candidate is streamlined, positive and personalized.

With a background in both the recruiting and home healthcare industries, Sarah offers a unique combination of both a patient calm demeanor and a sense of urgency to get things done. She thrives in a team environment, especially when she can help a client or team member accomplish a big goal. The intersection of people, processes and data in her Echo role is Sarah’s sweet spot!

Sarah truly enjoys the environment at Echo as well as the company’s different take on talent acquisition. She appreciates the experience and expertise of the team they’ve cultivated and she’s very proud to be a part of making the recruiting process more effective for both clients and candidates. Sarah excels at working as an extension of her clients and attempts to look at everything through their lens to make their experience as positive as possible.

Sarah is the mother of three teenagers. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cross-stitching, going to the theater and concerts as well as traveling and camping. While Sarah visits the North Shore every year, she also has a goal to camp in every state park in Minnesota.
