Scott grew up a huge baseball enthusiast in Chicago. A lifelong die-hard fan, he was beyond ecstatic about the Cubs 2016 World Series win. When Scott is not cheering on his team, he enjoys exploring Minnesota bike trails and campgrounds, escaping reality with his love of music, and taking his family out for some deep-dish Giordano’s pizza.

To the Echo team, Scott brings 9 years of public accounting experience and 17+ years of Minneapolis professional recruiting experience. During Scott’s public accounting progression he was often praised for his ability to build relationships and make career connections, so his move into professional recruiting back in 2003 was a natural fit.

Scott is a bona fide collaborator and knows the accounting and finance industry sector well. He understands the business and strategic needs that companies face and can relate to his clients in ways most recruiters are incapable of. His enthusiastic partnership is unparalleled.
